Charter Bus Drivers will have the opportunity to operate any of our 40 & 56 Passenger Luxury Coaches, as well as provide the best service in charters available to our guest throughout. You will be working with universities and schools, cruise line industries as well as private businesses, groups and much more. Must have…A current CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement with minimum of 3 years Commercial Motorcoach driving experience. Must posses a current DOT Medical Card. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment and random drug screenings. Ability to load luggage’s. Current wage is $22.00 per hour + Gratuities. This is a great opportunity to work as much or as little as you want. Must be flexible with ability to work any hours of the day and traveling on multi-day trips.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Operating coach and/or mini buses Operating vehicle equipment (e.g., passenger lift) Inspecting equipment to identify cause of errors, problems, or defects Following safety procedures for vehicle operation Providing transportation information to customers Documenting/recording driver logs and passenger counts Communicating with dispatch and other positions for pass information Assisting/loading passengers with luggage •a must• Notifying passengers and other staff of emergencies, problems, and hazards

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Law & Government :

Knowledge of laws of Road Rules and Regulations, various agency rules and process.

Opportunities and Experience:

Motorcoach Operational training (required) Driving experience (CDL experience required – Minimum 3 years)

Certificate and Licenses:

Valid Driver’s License (required) CDL A or B (required) Passenger Endorsement (preferred)

Airbrake Endorsement Other Requirements:

Passing DOT physical and drug screening 25-year of age or older

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Drivers will spend the majority of their working hours inside the bus. When they reach their destinations, Drivers will be required to be outside to check passengers in and out and take care of the passengers’ luggage and miscellaneous needs.
