The ideal candidate will be committed to providing safe and reliable transportation services while ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. Duties Safely operate a bus to transport passengers along designated routes. Ensure timely departures and arrivals at scheduled stops. Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exterior. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, including cash register operations. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally. Skills Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for all riders. Experience in cash handling and familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse passenger groups. Previous experience in valet parking or dealership environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
