Bus Driver JP Logistics & Consulting Fort Eisenhower, GA 30905 JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full time Bus Driver to support the EAGLE contract at Fort Eisenhower GA in support of Maintenance, Supply and Transportation.

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, assigns and dispatches motor vehicles and drivers to fill requests for movement of passengers and/or freight.

Essential Functions:

Ensures that passengers and accompanying baggage are properly loaded and secured and that the vehicle is not loaded beyond capacity Completes driver commitment records, dispatch documentation and preventive maintenance service records Performs driver maintenance in accordance with established rules and regulations May drive other sizes and types of vehicles on which properly trained and licensed when required by the workload Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications:

Two years of driving experience with at least one year of experience in driving buses with a seating capacity of more than 25 passengers. Must have a safe driving record. Must possess a valid state driver’s license (Georgia/South Carolina Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with “P” endorsement. Must possess or be able to obtain a military driver’s license within 15 days for size and type of vehicle to be operated. Must be medically qualified in accordance with company and government regulations. Specific positions may require the individual to work rotating shifts.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (either a GED or three years of work experience that demonstrates the ability to write, read and comprehend written instructional documents, perform common mathematical tasks and to communicate effectively).
