Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from various locations. Responsibilities
- Operate the bus following a set schedule and route
- Ensure the safety of passengers during transit
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Communicate effectively with passengers and respond to inquiries
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations Requirements
- Possess a valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a bus or van safely
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and mechanical operations is a plus
- Experience in customer service or senior care is beneficial
- Ability to manage passenger behavior effectively
- Willingness to educate passengers on safety protocols
- Willingness to be a part of a team with a mission
