• We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations, ensuring a pleasant and efficient ride experience. • Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shuttle buses in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Transport passengers to designated locations in a timely manner, following predetermined routes and schedules. Ensure passenger safety and comfort by assisting with boarding and disembarking, securing luggage, and providing information about stops and services. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness. Maintain accurate records of daily trips, including passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents or maintenance issues. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to report any delays, emergencies, or changes to schedules. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and service standards. Attend training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge of vehicle operations and safety protocols.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement. Previous experience driving buses or large vehicles preferred. Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in stressful situations. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
