Guest Experience Manager Position Overview:

Shuttle and bus driver for guests of Cape Resorts. Primarily, the shuttle runs between Congress Hall Hotel and our farm, Beach Plum Farm in West Cape May. The bus will take hotel guests between our various properties, farming and programming destinations. These duties may be described as, but not limited to: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure from the shuttle or bus. Assist guests on and off the shuttle or bus. Keep shuttle/bus clean and sanitized, keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify manager when low. Support team in a variety of tasks, including daily produce deliveries. Complete a daily ridership log.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Valid CDL License is required to drive the Beach Plum Farm Bus Clean driving record Good communication skills Professional, Welcoming and Out-going personality Knowledge of Cape May area

Minimum Qualifications:
