Duties Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to designated locations. Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, or caregivers regarding pick-up and drop-off times. Manage behavior among children or seniors during transit to ensure a positive experience. Document any incidents or concerns that arise during transportation. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in school bus driving. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience working with children settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers, parents, and staff effectively. Ability to manage behavior in a professional manner while maintaining a safe environment for all passengers. A commitment to punctuality and reliability in all scheduled routes.
