Hiring School Bus & Shuttle Drivers for 2025/2026 School Year! McConkey Transportation Powell, TN 37849 McConkey Transportation, a locally owned company, is currently hiring school bus drivers (big buses & little buses) as well as shuttle drivers to service our local Knox County School District for the 2025/2026 school year. •

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be 25 years of age with a valid TN driver’s license. Must possess a TN CDL driver’s license (with P & S endorsements) (Bus) F endorsement required for shuttle drivers. Annual DOT physical required. Background check and fingerprinting required. Drug screenings required. Safe driving record required.
