The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting children, while providing exceptional service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and the ability to manage behavior effectively while on the road. Responsibilities Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to their designated locations. Manage behavior among passengers, ensuring a respectful and safe environment during transit. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues as necessary. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Qualifications Must be 25 years old. Valid Tennessee Drivers License with no break in licensure. Ability to pass a Drug test along with Random selections during the year. Ability to pass state and federal background checks. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent customer service at all times.
