Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Materials Handler will perform all materials management functions in a prompt, accurate, and reliable manner according to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. They will be required to drive both box trucks and delivery van. This role will also be required to work rotating Saturday’s. The following statements reflect the general duties of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of the work requirements inherent in the position.
Some of the many skills performed:
Restock supply areas according to established levels.
Assist in the receiving, verifying and placement of incoming supply deliveries.
Preform Cycle Counts
Data Entry of requisitions placed by the departments.
Complete Inventory Variance forms daily for Pars
Document any department backorders and submit to front office to complete backorder tracking file daily.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Front and organize products in the warehouse daily.

EDUCATION

High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
