Courier / Independent Contractor Dynamic Operations LLC Montgomery, AL Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier to join our team Full Time/ Part Time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of packages , supplies and/or documents while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to navigate routes effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibilities Load and unload packages in a safe and efficient manner as scheduled.. Operate personal vehicles, while adhering to traffic regulations. Execute route driving to deliver items to various locations promptly. Perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring packages are handled with care. Provide exceptional customer service during Pick-up/ deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including obtaining signatures when necessary. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly prior to working. Qualifications 21 years of age or older Own a vehicle of 2017 or newer with proof of insurance. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; No traffic Violations within last 2 years. Ability to lift heavy packages (anywhere from 50-100 pounds or more) consistently throughout the day. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with route driving and local geography is advantageous. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
