As part of our services, we manage the secure transportation of biological materials (including sperm, eggs, and embryos) both locally and internationally. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of sensitive biological materials. Routes may include local deliveries as well as domestic and international shipments. This role requires strict adherence to handling protocols and excellent organizational skills. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. As a Courier, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational flow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver biological materials in a timely and secure manner Maintain detailed documentation for all deliveries Coordinate with clinical staff and logistics partners for scheduling Ensure compliance with all handling and safety protocols Handle urgent and time-sensitive deliveries with professionalism and care Utilize pallet jacks for moving heavy items as needed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Access to a reliable, well-maintained vehicle Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Flexibility in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends Prior courier or medical transport experience is a plus but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
