Job Description:

Job Duties Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous andefficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments forconformance to FedEx features of service and provides relatedcustomer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum EducationHigh school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for typeof vehicle assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to lift50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs.with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neatappearance since customer contact is required. Must meetqualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal MotorCarrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordancewith FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety-sensitiveposition. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constantstate of alertness and in a safe manner.
