Material Mover Panache Green Tech Solutions Pvt. LTD. Florida Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients transition to new locations by ensuring their belongings are transported safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with your team. Duties Load and unload items from moving trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care. Drive delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to various locations. Operate pallet jacks and other moving equipment to facilitate the loading and unloading process. Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed, ensuring all belongings are organized and secure. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the moving process. Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment and vehicles. Skills Experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred. Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong skills in route driving with an understanding of local areas for efficient navigation. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday. Knowledge of moving techniques and equipment operation (e.g., pallet jack). Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Strong teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with fellow Movers to ensure smooth operations.
