The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of goods, ensuring that products are transported safely and efficiently. This role involves working closely with drivers to load and unload items, navigate routes, and provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Responsibilities Assist drivers in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring items are secured and organized. Help navigate delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed for heavy lifting tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse. Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring satisfaction with the delivery process. Perform routine checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or courier environment is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift. Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or box trucks is desirable. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. A valid driver’s license may be required based on specific job duties.
