This position involves the safe and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring that items are moved from one location to another while maintaining high standards of customer service. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Safely operate various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks to move goods within the warehouse and during deliveries. Load and unload items from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Follow designated routes for deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at each destination. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movements. Assist in warehouse organization and inventory management as needed. Requirements Proven experience in moving goods or related fields such as delivery driving or warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to navigate routes effectively while adhering to safety regulations. A valid driver’s license is required for delivery driving positions. Previous experience in courier services or route driving is advantageous but not mandatory.
