Job Summary As a Courier / Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our offices clean, stocked, and professional. You’ll visit all of our local offices each week, complete a checklist of quality control tasks, handle mail and packages, assist with equipment, and support the agent staff as needed. This role also serves as a key communicator between the branch office and our Corporate Operations Team. What You’ll Do Perform weekly facilities quality checks using our company checklist
Ensure offices are tidy, well-organized, and stocked with supplies
Check and restock marketing materials, remove outdated items
Pick up and deliver packages, mail, or supplies between office locations
Assist with equipment setup or troubleshooting (printers, computers, etc.)
Report issues like broken lights, odors, or maintenance needs to corporate
Help organize storage areas and occasionally assist agents with office needs
Communicate with Corporate HQ about supplies, tasks, and facility needs
Occasionally assist with office events or special projects What We’re Looking For Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and managing your time
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to lift up to 30 lbs (boxes, supplies)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable using basic technology (printer/copier, computer, smartphone)
