Duties:

• Perform route driving to deliver goods and packages to designated locations
• Load and unload cargo from the vehicle
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Use courier software or GPS devices to navigate routes efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Communicate with dispatch or customers regarding any delays or issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Skills:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a courier or delivery role
• Knowledge of local roads and routes
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and loading/unloading techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
