SUMMARY As a Courier, you are a professional who delivers and maintains specimen integrity and solves client issues so that our caregivers can provide accurate analysis and quality care to our patients.

ATTRIBUTES

Five (five) years of driving experience, with a valid driver’s license required Friendly, kind and customer service oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Assignments. Execute each courier route with efficiency, ensure the integrity of each delivery; access, navigate and send correspondence using designated computer Customer Service. Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner, promote superior customer service and customer relations; use sound judgment to problem solve if client issues arise; understand and respect patient confidentiality Documentation. Report equipment condition and notify coordinator of maintenance requirements
