To support our growing operations, we’re seeking a professional NYC based logistics company to handle pickup and delivery services for our clients and between our locations. Work:

We are looking for a logistics partner to manage the efficient and timely pickup and delivery of laundry and dry cleaning orders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pickups:

  Collect laundry and dry cleaning items from our clients and between our locations.

• Deliveries:

  Transport cleaned orders back to customers in a timely manner, ensuring garments are handled with care.

• Customer Interaction:

  Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with customers during pickups and deliveries.

• Order Tracking:

  Utilize tracking systems to provide real-time updates on order status

• Vehicle Maintenance:

  Ensure vehicles are clean, reliable, and suitable for transporting delicate garments. Monday to Saturday 9:30AM

• 9PM Laundry and dry cleaning will be transported between our shops and the cleaning facility. Requirements
• Proven experience in logistics, courier services, or delivery operations.
• Fleet of well-maintained vehicles (vans or similar preferred) suitable for transporting laundry and dry cleaning items.
• Valid business license, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
• Ability to scale for growth.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate morning, afternoon, and/or evening routes.
• Background-checked and trained drivers to ensure professionalism and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling delicate or high-value items (e.g., clothing, linens).
• Existing relationships or operations in

• Experienced handling garments and specialty fabrics is preferred.
