As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring that packages are delivered on time and in great condition to homes and businesses in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. You’ll enjoy working independently, navigating your routes, and making sure our customers receive top-notch service—one package at a time!

Responsibilities include:

• Safely load, transport, and deliver packages to customers in Knoxville and surrounding areas
• Follow pre-planned delivery routes and ensure packages are delivered on time
• Provide exceptional customer service with every delivery
• Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and safety guidelines
• Handle packages with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage
• Be a part of a high-energy, positive team environment

Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no CDL required)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on the task at hand
• Previous driving or delivery experience is a plus (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, Uber, DoorDash)
