Job DescriptionResponsible for initial truck inspectionsApproving repair costs, sending equipment out for repairs and documenting all repairsCommunicating with vendors through various platforms to ensure orders are placed in a timely mannerCommunicating with drivers to answer any questions they have pertaining to their Lease Purchase (LP)Assisting with purchase orders and tracking the delivery datesDeliver, pickup assets as well as performing road tests as neededResponsible for the final inspection of trucks prior to showing them to driversAssisting the leasing team with any last-minute concerns and fielding any questionsSet parameters on all Lease Purchase (LP) trucks during inspectionFacilitate leasing documents and requests once a driver approves of a vehicleCommunicating with the equipment room and notifying of any changesResponsible for Driver Orientation for Lease Purchase (LP) vehicleCoordinating drop trailers from trucks to ensure a secure vendor pick-upQualifications 1+ years of experience working in the transportation industry (Preferred)High School diploma / GED (Required)Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)The ability to work in a team setting and facilitate drivers’ needs and requests.

Current or previous experience working in an automotive service role, ideally someone with CDL maintenance experience.
