Every item is made to order and once it’s done, it cannot be remade. That’s why we’re looking for a delivery driver with exceptional care, calm under pressure, and great attention to detail . Position Summary We’re hiring a reliable, detail-focused delivery driver to join our team and safely transport delicate bakery orders primarily custom treat boxes and cakes to Disney Resort areas and surrounding parts of Orlando. You’ll be the final link between our kitchen and our clients’ special moments, so professionalism and care are a must. Compensation $16.50/hour total compensation This includes $15/hour base pay , plus $1.50/hour to account for use of your personal vehicle and fuel Flexible part-time scheduling, typically 2-4 hours per shift. What You’ll Do Pick up packaged bakery orders from our kitchen (located near Orlando International Airport) Deliver fragile custom cakes and other baked goods safely to clients and resorts Communicate with our team regarding status updates or delivery issues Follow delivery protocols and training to ensure each order arrives in perfect condition Occasionally assist with light setup at drop-off (e.g., placing a cake on a display table) Requirements Must have a reliable, clean personal vehicle with working AC Valid Florida driver’s license Proof of auto insurance required Background check required Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 25 lbs safely Excellent time management and communication skills A calm, steady hand and extreme care with fragile items Comfortable with flexible hours, especially evening pickups To Apply Please include: Your general availability (weekdays/weekends) The year, make/model of your vehicle Confirmation that you have a valid license, insurance, and are willing to complete a background check Any prior delivery or customer service experience (Uber Eats, FedEx, catering, etc.) A short note on why you’d be a great fit to deliver custom cakes with care
