Job Description
Join Road & Rail Services as a Vehicle Shuttle Driver! Drive New Cars Every Day in a Fun, Clean Environment! You will send them through a car wash and add enough fuel for them to reach their destination Are you ready to drive brand-new cars and be part of a fast-paced, exciting team? Road & Rail Services is looking for motivated Vehicle Drivers in our wash/gas department. You will also need to transport new vehicles from the yard to designated parking bays. Position Summary:
Be advised, this is a 12hr shift from 7:00am-7:00pm and there are some weekends required. As a Vehicle Shuttle Driver (Wash/Gas department) , you’ll be responsible for sending vehicles that were just removed from a rail car, though our car wash and fueling station. You will also be driving new cars from the yard and parking them in assigned bays. You’ll also maintain inventory and ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and procedures .
What You’ll Do:
Drive new cars through the wash/gas station safely. Safely drive and park new vehicles to the designated locations. Conduct regular vehicle inventory . Follow assigned routes and ensure all vehicles are parked accurately. Maintain compliance with all industry, customer, and company safety regulations .
What’s Required:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ability. A valid state driver’s license . Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in the heat or cold Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time, the job requires a lot of walking A safety-first mentality . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet attendance requirements. A team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
