As a Seasonal Employee, you will assist with the setup, management, and breakdown of party rental equipment while ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries regarding party rental products and services. Set up and take down party rental equipment at various locations. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on proper usage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental inventory. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients. Utilize basic math skills for processing orders and managing inventory. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of rentals. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Basic math proficiency for cash handling and retail transactions. Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is a plus. Familiarity with cash registers and retail math concepts. Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
