From luxury interiors to high-polish exteriors, you’ll help us maintain a spotless standard that keeps our clients—many of whom are celebrities, pro athletes, and business moguls—coming back. About the Role As an Aircraft Detailer, you’ll manage on-site detailing projects, support your Operations Manager, train new team members, and uphold top-tier service and safety standards. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Lead detailing crews on-site to deliver flawless work Perform services like: Exterior washing, waxing, and paint restoration Brightwork polishing and de-ice boot care Full interior detailing, leather conditioning, stain removal Sanitize galleys and lavatories to VIP standards Train new team members and enforce safety procedures Communicate effectively with your Ops Manager Represent RealClean with class and professionalism at every job Travel occasionally for assignments (we cover your stay) Flex with aircraft schedules—including weekend shifts What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Responsible, safety-conscious, and ready to lead Able to follow SOPs and lead by example—no shortcuts Great communicator with a positive, team-first mindset Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background/drug check Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle tools Willing to wear safety gear (boots, gloves, eye protection) Compensation & Benefits Pay and benefits will vary based on experience Full-time opportunities available Company covers lodging for travel assignments FAA-compliant drug testing required for hire Schedule Full-time, day shift with some weekend availability Hours may vary depending on flight schedules Apply Today If you’re motivated, meticulous, and want to build a career with a brand that’s been raising the bar since 2004—we want to meet you.
