What You’ll Do:
As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded van, and support the driver in delivering packages.
Your responsibilities include:
Loading and unloading packages (up to packages per day) Handling large and bulky items using proper equipment (team lift required for weights ranging from x-x) Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner Working x or more days per week, up to x hours per day (including breaks)
What You’ll Need:
Eligible to work in the U.S The program requires all helpers to be preferably between 18 and 21 years old Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
Physical Demands:
This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and requires frequent climbing in and out of the van, as well as walking up and down stairs. These actions are necessary to deliver packages while following established safety and customer-oriented procedures, regardless of weather conditions. The deliveries are made to both customer residences and business addresses. —
