We’re looking for team players who show up for each other and treat patients — and teammates — like family. Duties Safely operate vehicles for long-distance medical transport, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients in and out of vehicle. Provide comfort and care to patients as they travel (hydrated, fed, changed, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections to ensure safety and functionality. Work as a team with your partner to operate the stretcher and safely load and unload the patient. Communicate effectively with patients, family members and healthcare personnel to coordinate transport needs and relay important information. Requirements MUST have hands on medical patient care experience (CNA, Nursing Aid, Paramedic, EMT, etc… ) Experience in medical transportation, EMS, is a bonus but not required. Ability to be away for 2-5 days per trip Strong work ethic, positive attitude, team mindset Must pass background check, and pre employment as well as random drug testing Professional appearance and compassion-first attitude Must be able to lift a patient on a stretcher with your partner, as well as transfer them from bed to bed.
