Non-Medical Transportation Drivers Edgelife Health Care Inc. East Taunton, MA 02718 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable Transport Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to appointments, programs and errands while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and effective communication with passengers and staff. The Transport Driver will operate vans and sedans Duties Safely drive and operate assigned vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide shuttle driving services for passengers to various destinations including doctor’s appointments Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, routes, and passenger needs. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger counts, pick up and drop off times. Qualifications Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in limousine driving is an advantage but not mandatory. A commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation.
