The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting clients, patients and families to and fro doctors appointments while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive various types of vehicles, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean driving environment. Duties Safely transport patients, families to and from their medical appointments Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort during the journey. Coordinate with dispatch and clients regarding schedule changes, delays or other important information. Maintain vehicles in good working condition by performing routine inspections, reporting any maintenance needs, and keeping the interior clean. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Complete necessary paperwork related to transportation activities, including logs of trips taken and mileage What we offer! $18.00 per hour at 1099 IRS Comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills. Requirements A valid driver’s license with atleast 1 year of driving experience in Massachusetts. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transport role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; additional certifications for specific vehicle types (e.g., school bus driving) are a plus. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is advantageous. A commitment to safety and reliability in all driving activities. Previous experience as a limousine driver or van driver is desirable but not mandatory.
