About Us:

HealPros works with the nation’s leading health plans to help bridge the care gap within the diabetic community. This role involves going into the health plan member’s home to take several pictures of their retinas using a mobile fundus camera. We provide full training on how to complete the 30-minute encounter. This is rewarding work that allows us to reach members that have not been seen by their physician in quite some time. We are looking for compassionate people that find enjoyment in helping others.

Uniforms:

Our daily uniform is scrubs (navy blue), gloves, and a mask. We have had tremendous success keeping our Care Access Pros and members safe during these difficult times by using proper PPE and self-monitoring procedures.

Schedule:

This is full-time contract work, working Monday through Friday roughly 8am to 5pm daily. Our call center pre-books the appointments for you. You just need to make a brief confirmation call the day prior to confirm your appointments. You will be completing 5 to 10 in-home retinal eye exam appointments each day. This position ends when the work is completed.

Compensation:

You are compensated per completed exam. CAPS are paid up to $35 per exam. Care Access Pros are compensated twice per month by direct deposit.

Working Region:

This is a mobile role that requires you to travel around the area to insurance members homes. You will be traveling about a 60 mile radius to complete appointments. They are pre-set and the person is expecting you. We work to keep them in a general vicinity each day. The appointment takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and then you have 30 minutes to get to your next appointment. You will need a valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle to complete the work. As the work in your home area is completed, you will be asked to travel further to continue to complete available work. HealPros covers any overnight hotel expenses up front.

Training:

Our upcoming training is June 2nd in Atlanta. HealPros will book and cover the expense of your flight and hotel to attend training at our corporate office in Atlanta for 5 days. Each person gets their own hotel room across the street from the office so no need to rent a car or any additional expense to get to and from training each day. We look forward to meeting you!
