Job Description:
As a Medical Transport Specialist with Arrow Logistics and Transportation LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring clients are transported safely and with care. You will be responsible for driving company vehicles, assisting clients with mobility needs, and managing on-call assignments when needed. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and compassion.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company vehicle to transport clients to and from medical and wellness appointments. Assist clients in and out of vehicles, including the use of wheelchair lifts (manual or electronic). Enter facilities such as nursing homes, hospitals, or rehab centers to assist clients when required. Use an Android tablet for dispatching and navigation via voice-guided directions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of vehicles and equipment daily. Conduct basic vehicle checks (oil levels, fuel, maintenance issues). Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company protocols. Be available for on-call days as part of a rotating schedule.
Requirements:
Must be 23 years or older. Valid NC driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record (no suspensions or revocations, and no more than two accidents or violations in the last three years). Must pass a 10-panel drug screening. Background check required (disqualifying offenses include murder, rape, sex offense, terrorism, kidnapping, elder/child abuse, or illegal drug possession). Availability to work some holidays (time and a half pay). Comfort using Android tablets and basic technology. Must be punctual, dependable, and professional at all times.

Compensation:
Weekly Pay:
$800 – $1,050 (Based on experience and performance)
Bonus Incentive:
Eligible for bonuses by averaging 20 trips per week or over the course of a month.
