Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Setup, Tent Installation, and Delivery/Pickup Staff.. As a field Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to equipment delivery, event setup, breakdown, and logistics. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, including setting up tents, bounce houses, arranging tables, chairs, and other equipment
• Help with event breakdown by dismantling equipment, bounce houses, tents, and loading the truck/trailer
• Transport event materials using vans, trucks, or trailers
• Drive vehicles to deliver event supplies to different locations
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to move equipment and supplies
• Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Skills:

• Experience operating moving equipment, vans, trucks, and trailers
• Proficiency in driving box trucks or vans preferred
• Knowledge of driving regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to operate a trailer with Pickup Truck a must Please note that this position requires flexibility in working hours, as events may take place during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
