The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient removal of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Junk Remover, you will play a crucial role in helping clients declutter their spaces while ensuring that all items are handled safely and responsibly. Responsibilities Safely load and unload junk from various locations, including homes and businesses. Operate vehicles such as trucks (must own) with trailer hitch. Great if you have one already, if not one will be provided. Sort through items to determine what can be recycled, donated, or disposed of properly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Follow safety protocols while handling heavy or hazardous materials. Skills Experience in warehouse operations or moving services is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver or delivery driver is beneficial. Strong ability to load and unload items efficiently while ensuring safety standards are met. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
