As a key part of our operations, you’ll handle residential and commercial moves, ensuring the safe, efficient, and respectful handling of clients’ belongings. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and other household or office items Wrap, pad, and secure items to prevent damage during transit Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed Operate moving equipment and company vehicles (if licensed) Conduct inventory checks and document move details accurately Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide exceptional customer service on-site, communicating clearly and respectfully Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or general labor a plus Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Reliable transportation and punctuality Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for driver positions) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed
