Seeking:

Part time driving positions & part time / day labor workers (non driving positions) Seeking day labor workers , satisfactory workers are paid daily for their time. Seeking preferred Driving ability positions, but willing to speak with those who are only interested in a non driving helpers type position.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Non driver / daily workers: must be able to follow directions, and efficiently work with their crew lead that day on labor intensive jobs, including junk removal or Moving services or pressure washing jobs will be assigned on a daily basis based on the need and who is available.

Driving positions:

Provide exceptional customer service as a driver or mover as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings with extreme care. Greet customer upon arrival as a driver or mover and complete a walk-through of the premises Communicate professionally in English, (bonus if you also know Spanish) both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customer Movers will assist drivers with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection Drivers will operate 26 ft. moving truck, must be comfortable driving, turning, backing up, and parking truck, and have previous positive experience in this. All previous employment with other moving companies will be verified. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 25 years or older for drivers due to insurance restriction, 19 years or older for non driving postions. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must provide 5 year Florida Driving Record and if record is clean you will be reimbursed for the cost you incurred to obtain it if hired) A great, team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and problem solving skills Superior work ethic The ability to follow direction Ability to communicate professionally in English verbally and through writing Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping labor, construction labor or warehouse labor helpful, but Moving Lead/ Driver Experience a must. Access to reliable and punctual transportation Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens, and must have a clean driving record Potential employee will have a flexible on call schedule Principals only.
