We are specifically seeking candidates who have previous hands-on experience working for a professional moving company in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including lifting, loading, transporting, and unloading household or office furniture and items. Strong customer service skills are important, as you will be the face of our company on the job site, interacting directly with clients. We are looking for team members who are physically fit and capable of safely lifting and moving heavy objects for extended periods of time. You should be comfortable working long shifts, sometimes under tight schedules or varying weather conditions. Being dependable, punctual, and showing up ready to work with a team-oriented mindset is essential to succeeding in this role. Your ability to remain courteous and professional while handling physically intensive work will set you apart and help you thrive in our environment. For applicants interested in driver positions, a valid Class 5 Quebec driver’s license is highly preferred. Drivers are expected to safely operate our company trucks, navigate various neighborhoods in and around Montreal, and help ensure that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes coordinating with other movers, ensuring the proper handling and securing of items during transport, and maintaining a calm and organized demeanor in front of customers. All drivers must have clean driving habits and feel comfortable maneuvering vehicles in both residential and commercial areas. Bilingualism is also a strong asset in this role. We serve a diverse clientele across Montreal and surrounding regions, so being comfortable communicating in either French and/or English is essential to providing the highest level of customer service. Whether you’re answering questions, confirming instructions, or simply engaging with clients in a respectful, professional way, your communication skills will be a key part of the customer experience. In return for your hard work, we offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on your experience and position.
