Cleaning Associate/Contractor Position Available In Martin, Florida

Cleaning Associate/Contractor Well Maid Cleaning Service, LLC Stuart, FL We are looking for a high-energy and determined individual to join our professional cleaning company as a Cleaning Associate/Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that a variety of spaces, including residential and commercial properties, are clean, organized, and well-maintained. While previous cleaning experience is preferred, it is not required. We value attention to detail and the ability to take direction and feedback.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain various surfaces and areas, including floors, windows, furniture, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Follow instructions and cleaning protocols as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used effectively and stored properly.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.

• Requirements:

• High energy and a determined attitude.
• No experience required, but previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
• Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Paid working interview may be required.
• Must pass a drug test and Level 2 background check.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English preferred).
• A valid driver’s license is a bonus.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Compensation:

• Salary to be discussed during the interview and based on experience.
