• Position Overview:

• We are currently hiring Junk Removal Technicians to help us with our expansion into junk removal services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely removing unwanted items, debris, and clutter from our clients’ properties. This role requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform junk removal services at residential and commercial properties, including loading, hauling, and disposing of verious items such as furniture, appliances, electronics, and construction debris.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment, including trucks, trailers, and hand tools, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their removal needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, vehicles, and equipment to uphold company standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete removal projects and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

• Requirements:

• Prior experience in junk removal, moving, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own truck and trailer
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Commitment to safety, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
