Moving Crew Member – Load & Unload NAZTEC Int. Group 10900 NW 146th Street, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves driving various vehicles, including vans and box trucks, while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Duties Load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment Pack and unpack items with precision and care Wrap, pad, and secure high-value items to prevent damage during transport Handle luxury furniture, décor, and personal items with extreme attention to detail Provide top-tier customer service to high-profile clients,VIPs Use moving equipment (dollies, straps, etc.) Work with a team to complete residential and commercial moves Work closely with security or management teams when needed on high-profile jobs Use moving equipment (dollies, straps, sliders, etc.) properly to ensure safe handling Assist with setting up or staging items if requested (e.g., for interior designers or clients) Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and team members Experience Must be punctual and dependable Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Good communication and teamwork skills Prior moving experience is a plus Valid driver’s license is a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
