My elderly mom and I are in the middle of a move and need a strong, reliable person to help with basic labor a few hours a day (about 3-6 hours), a few days a week. We’re not rushing but we have to move, so the schedule is flexible and can work around your availability. It’s a great side gig if you want steady daily pay while helping out a local family.
Duties include:
Lifting and moving boxes, furniture, and other packed items Loading/unloading (we have a van with a lift to make things easier) Clearing out and organizing the yard (we’re taking everything from outside too) Light yard work and cleanup Helping with errands or general organizing as needed We’re looking for someone positive, respectful, and able to handle physical work. If you’re handy or have other helpful skills, that’s a plus—there may be more hours down the line if it’s a good fit. Pay is $15/hr, paid daily.
