We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by handling route driving, loading and unloading goods, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans. Duties Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload products from vehicles using manual handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks. Operate box trucks and vans, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and safety checks are conducted regularly. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and reporting any discrepancies. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of goods and inventory management. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including organizing stock and maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in route driving or courier services is preferred. Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures in a warehouse setting is advantageous. Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
