As a Mover – Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team is organized and capable of taking on all of our jobs. We are seeking someone who has previous moving company experience to be the core of our team! This position requires leadership skills, physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Train other employees and oversee all moves Load and unload furniture and other items from truck Safely transport items to designated locations while ensuring their protection during transit. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the moving process. Handle paperwork and other administrative duties Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas of work. Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while handling heavy lifting tasks. Requirements 2+ years experience in moving industry Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on a daily basis. Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach.
