2 YEARS + EXPERIENCE. We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the transportation and delivery of goods, ensuring that items are loaded, unloaded, and delivered safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with moving. Daily performance bonuses up to 15% of your hourly wage offered, per diem pay for out of town moves, weekly pay, tipped position. Duties Pad and prepare items to load and unload from trucks. Disassembly and reassembly of furniture. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at pickup and delivery locations. Assist in packing and organizing items for transport, ensuring they are secure and protected. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the moving process. Qualifications Ability to drive a box truck (no CDL required) is a plus, but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform manual labor tasks. Knowledge of safety protocols related to moving and transportation. A valid driver’s license is required; a clean driving record is preferred. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Strong organizational skills.
