In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe removal of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various vehicles and equipment. If you enjoy working outdoors and helping people declutter their spaces, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Duties Perform heavy lifting and loading/unloading of junk from vehicles. Drive company vehicles to designated locations for pick-up and drop-off of items. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their junk removal needs. Assist in sorting and categorizing items for recycling or disposal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and vehicles. Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed for larger items. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Skills Strong ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license. Proficient in loading and unloading materials efficiently. Background in delivery driving or warehouse operations is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Familiarity with route driving to optimize efficiency during pickups. Experience in moving items safely and effectively. Forklift operation experience is advantageous but not required.
