This role involves assisting customers with the removal of unwanted items from their homes or businesses. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess excellent customer service skills, and have experience in route driving and heavy lifting. As a Junk Removal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients. No CDL request. Responsibilities Drive to various locations to collect junk and unwanted items as per scheduled appointments. Load and unload items from vehicles, ensuring safe handling and transportation. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when necessary to facilitate the removal process. Sort, categorize, and dispose of items responsibly, adhering to local regulations for recycling and waste disposal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment used for junk removal. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks. Skills Experience in route driving with a valid driver’s license. Strong background in warehouse operations or logistics preferred. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving large items safely. Familiarity with operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
