Role:

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working, and physically strong individuals to join our moving crew. As a Moving Laborer, you’ll help customers transition into their new homes by loading, unloading, and occasionally packing their belongings with care. Our work is mainly residential, and we pride ourselves on professionalism, teamwork, and great communication.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household goods with care and efficiency Assist with packing and wrapping items when needed Lift and carry items weighing up to 100 lbs independently Occasionally team lift heavier items as needed Follow directions from team leads and supervisors Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and customers Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in all situations Ensure truck is loaded safely and securely

Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry 100 lbs on your own Strong communication and customer service skills are a must Able to work well in a team environment Reliable transportation to and from job sites or meet-up locations Experience in moving or general labor preferred but not required Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
