POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Loader:
Leads loading/unloading. Must have reliable transportation.
Helper:
Assists loader, follows instructions, and keeps pace. Must have reliable transportation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you have your own clients, truck, or team—this position is not for you. We are building a loyal, trustworthy crew. Stealing or leaching clients is unacceptable and disloyal. Fuel-efficient vehicles are strongly recommended as this is labor-only service (no company vehicle).
REQUIREMENTS
Must own a working phone. Must speak English clearly. Must be service-oriented and respectful with clients. No yappers – we are here to work, not talk.
Physically strong:
Must lift 80 lbs repeatedly without stopping.
Proper lifting technique:
Always from the bottom. Respectful attitude required. No rudeness, backtalk, or laziness. Be on time, ready, and professional every time. Own transportation required. Carpooling is your responsibility and must be settled between workers. Must complete a W-9 form before beginning work.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Every job is a 2-hour minimum. Same-day pay via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay – sent by 10:00 PM. Tips are typically strong with good service. This is an on-call, flexible labor position – no guaranteed hours. Helper positions are Great for someone out of high school looking for some money and learning experience in a fast paced industry. Loader positions are great for those with more experience and that have the eye for physical dimensional understanding.
