The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the transportation and relocation of goods, ensuring that items are loaded, unloaded, and delivered safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities Load and unload items from trucks and vans, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Drive vehicles for route driving, including manual transmission vehicles as needed. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients. Assist in packing and unpacking items as required during moves. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the moving vehicle and warehouse space. Perform heavy lifting tasks to move furniture, boxes, and other items. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate moving tasks efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse or moving services is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is desirable. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours of work. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
