Key Responsibilities:

As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for consistently delivering top-tier cleaning services, ensuring client satisfaction.

Your duties will include:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including meticulous dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Demonstrating promptness and maintaining excellent attendance for all scheduled shifts. Adhering strictly to company guidelines and best practices to ensure every area is cleaned to our signature high standards. Communicating professionally and effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Managing time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled hours. Identifying and reporting any safety hazards, or areas needing attention observed during cleaning. Maintaining all cleaning supplies and equipment in excellent working condition, ensuring readiness for each job. What We Offer (Benefits):

Experience & Quality:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred•, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver high-quality results. •Experience is not necessary, paid training offered.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day, including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching and lifting up to 25lbs as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
